WONDER GOLLY – WINNER
Script – ‘Noose’
Wonder Golly is a learning screenwriter and an occasional dabber in poetry. Focuses on Feature Length scripts and shorts. He has a number of finished scripts to his credit and other works he has written with other writers in Ghana.
He is an HND graduate of the Ho Technical University and also a product of the Accra Film School where he pursued a Screenwriting course.
Wonder is a native of Akatsi in the Volta Region of Ghana but currently residing in Amasaman. When not actively writing, Wonder spends his time reading, watching movies and listening to music.
MAXINE JOY SESHIE – 2nd Place
Script – ‘Weird Love Story’
Maxine Joy Seshie is a curious and passionate person.
She was born and raised in Accra and is the second of three children. She attended Faith Baptist Junior High at Madina and Mawuko girls Senior High School at Ho in the Volta region.
She graduated from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana with a degree in Law.
She love movies, reading and writing novels.
Growing up, she developed the habit of writing about the lives of people around her from her point of view. Script writing is a new found passion that she wishes to further develop.
Her dream is to be the next Shonda Rhimes or write novels like Sidney Sheldon.
She is imaginative and a strategic thinker, she also loves to explore.
